Similar story to yours. Did any particular event lead to to think STI (outside of symptoms)? I went outside my marriage and it caused tremendous anxiety over STI's. Still dealing with this, but better every day.

I am treating my OCD through MEDs right now and counselling. I was good for the last few weeks, then just this week, a small relapse in pain and BOOM, full OCD and then a lot of symptoms again

Interesting. My left side of my face, tongue and mouth burn and tingle along with my scalp. Not sure if this is TMJ related, but it is the same feeling I have in my buttocks.
