Great discovery. I have tried a butt plug for the past 2 days and I have had less pain than normal. I can't use it for too long though as it gets a little sore. But, after it is out things feel quite good. Early days so far but promising.

There looks to be some science behind the ingredients but the website is very similar to others that sell supplements of dubious benefit. I could never buy from a website like that, it sets my alarm bells ringing. I would like to see much more independent research before I parted with any money.

Sorry, only just spotted this. The book I am reading is Mindfulness for Dummies by Shamash Alidina it is a good introduction to mindfulness and I am learning lots from it. I haven't seen any benefits yet, it is a technique that takes time to get the rewards from.

My kids do help me, they have no idea I am in discomfort/pain but they are a great distraction. My wife also really helps, when I am having a bad day she will help out by looking after the kids etc.
