Trigger point or muscle soreness?

I work out 2 times a week, and as a result my muscles are often sore. For example, when I bench press my whole chest is sore for 5 days after. While searching for trigger points, how do I know if I am feeling a trigger point or if it's just sore muscle from working out? They feel the same to me...

I agree that low doses are better for an anti-anxiety, muscle relaxing effect. I used to smoke every day for over a year and I wanted to do everything high. Thanks. Just wondering though, how do I know how "deep" I need to penetrate for intrarectal massage? I've seen the diagrams in Wise's book but it's difficult to tell how far in the trigger points actually are, so I don't know if I'm doing it effectively because I don't want to stick my entire finger ...
