To answer your question... Yes.

My first symptom was difficulty urinating with pain at the tip of the penis. I didn't get the golf ball feeling until quite a bit later.

If your pelvic floor is tensing up on the urethra and prostate you will have urination issues.

I've seen this referenced, but it's amazing the temporary relief you can get from an extremely hot spring or tub.

My hot tub that is usually limited at 104F (industry standard) broke the other day. It now runs up to 108F.

10 minutes of that and I can feel most of the tension completely ...

I'm in the same basket as you.... I started having symptoms around a year and a half ago. I was able to go to a great PT for internal and external work and had almost put this behind me. I have since moved and no longer have a local PT to go to. I had a flare up that consisted of a burning ...

First visit to PT was a great experience.

She found some tense areas and trigger points, and while the internal work was not much fun, she was able to pinpoint where the trouble is.

The last 20 minutes they put me on some electropulse stimulation for my lower back with a heat pad... felt great ...

I'm heading to my first PT appointment tomorrow....
