Cool thing about it is it's like being at physical therapist but its free once you have it can you can make it go as deep as you want. In my honest opinion it worked better than physical therapy.

This is going to sound gross but it helped with my lack of sensation issue. Lie on the floor on your back. Grab your ball sack and pull it up towards your face. This should stretch the perineum out. When I did this I felt a sudden difference of sensation. Good luck
