I have a very localised pain around that area as well. Just on the inside in particular. But it also creates this general un-wellness that's pretty intense. Do you guys get that feeling as well.

Strange that no one has replied. Skin rolling has helped for me, it is particularly painful to do in areas that where I already have pain.
I don't experience any 'popping' as such, there doesn't appear to be a huge amount of info out there on this technique either unfortunately.

That's the secret of life really. Most of us are trying to do that. Really, I don't see how anything but cognitive approaches such as meditation and therapy would permanently get you out of that state.

You shouldn't haven't any problems importing Quercetin . I've done it many times here in Sydney. I usually go through iherb.com if you want best value for money, and it's not actually that expensive. Wait til they have a deal going however where delivery to Aus is $4 if you keep you order under $80 ...

I took Propecia for 5 weeks and lost my manhood, things approved after stopping the drug but not immediately. I'm with you that it's a drug that very seldom should be taken, it doesn't make sense to mess with your hormones in hindsight.
