Re: HELP!! Just need to talk
Unfortunately it happens with this condition. I have had it for a while now. :62_58_40: You find some mornings you get it, some mornings you dont. I'm currently taking Calis or however you spell it. Works wonders. Basically the muscle which controls the blood flow in the penis and which keeps the ...

Good that you are feeling more postive Jo.
Happy for you :)
With regards the PT, I think the problem is that when we see some significant improvement after seeing our PT, we are keen to get home and leap into doing it ourselves. Unfortunately, as others have found (see thread about PT making ...

Re: Question about how often you think about CPPS
CPPS isn't an STD, though some STD's may mimic similar symptoms. I know when I came down with this I had to have all the full range of STD tests done just to rule every possibility out.

Re: Similar Experiences ?
Hi
Contact Bill, he is based in Edinburgh, I am flying up from Cardiff on the 11th actually for my 5th visit. He has been specialising in treating chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome for about 8 years now. I have certainly found him a huge, huge help both physically and mentally. He ...

Re: PROGRESS UPDATE NO GLUTEN/WHEAT
Carl
Any update on the wheat/gluten free diet lately? Are you still wheat and gluten free and symptoms still improved? My new GF has Celiac's and it may be easy for me to swtich to a similar diet as her so we both eat the same meals etc.
Could you just give an example of what you eat for ...

Re: those with frequency
My PT is able to press on the spot which recreates the needing to go sensation. Its located internally and near the prostate. Its on a diagram in the HITP pelvis book. Personally I have never been able to find it when I try PT myself, but my PT can locate it, and pressing on it recreates the feeling ...

Its in my rear, and around the entrance (or exit!) and I can only describe it as a sort of burning/shooting nerve pain now and then around this area. Its not the same as the shooting ...
