Re: Pain in the tip of penis

I got rid of this problem by squatting several times a day. At first, I tried 3 series of 30, 3 times a day and now just need to squat 1 time per hour as a safety precaution. I believe squatting realigns your pelvic bones, ligament and muscles in a straight manner. My hypothesis is that a ...

Re: Role of α1-blockers in chronic prostatitis syndromes-review

This is just a review article looking at everything we know so far about alpha blockers. Nothing new here.

The abstracts says:

The National Institute of Health and the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases are currently conducting a large phase III trial in 272 newly ...

Feeling Much better-->jogging!!

I thought I`d let you know the great progress since September.

First, you remember that I told you guys I initially bought the Harachair. This has been an excellent idea as gradually I was able to sit all day, without any pain in the pelvis (all day means like 8h+).

After "fixing" this problem, I ...

I tried to do around 100 situps per day in the last week and I had a pretty good week. I think it`s possible that those abs need to be reinforced to prevent your internal organs to put pressure on your pelvic floor.

try spreading you leg apart (like 3 feet) and point your feet a little on the outside and go down slowly. When you feel pain, keep it there for a while and repeat. Eventually just go down until your knees are completely bent and move your pelvis in swinging motion (like your wife/GF would do sitting ...

I bought mine in Japan where I live (one for home and for work). The store said they just started to sell this chair. If you look on the Korean site, it was launched in 2004 in Korea.

No more pain with Hara chair and sumo-like stretching

I decided to try this chair from Korea, called the Hara chair. The concept of the chair is highlighted on their website:

http://www.harachair.co.kr/english/index/logic/

If you look at the animation you'll understand why it's good. When sitting on a normal chair, I would be in pain after 15 min ...

Capsaicin (cayenne pepper)

Has anyone tried to see if it improves symptoms? beside acting as a pain killer, it also stimulates blood circulation so I imagine it could increase circulation in the pelvis and reduce any hypoxic conditions that may contribute to nerve/muscle damages.

is it the alcohol or the beer?

I see a lot of people mentioning alcohol is making symptoms worst. Considering some are also saying that gluten is contributing to their condition and that beer is well !rich! in gluten, could it be possible actually that it is not the alcohol itself that is the baddie but the gluten in beer?

So if ...

Red Wine improving Quercetin action

Hello all, I am new to this board and have been diagnosed with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome last November. I went through a course of Zithromax that did not change anything and went on 3 months on Vibramycin without any effect. (classic!)

I experienced with variable intensity ...
