To be frank IBS is a bullshit diagnosis in my opinion. Had all the IBS symtoms and diagnoses' for a decade then cut out wheat/gluten and not a problem since. I used to have gass and cramps EVERY night after eating for 2 hours!!!

Yeah Rich after pain free periods a return of symptoms is hard to bear. I have found this also.
