Ischiocavernosus trigger-point location?

Hi all,

Does anyone know the location of trigger points in the Ischiocavernosus muscle. I can see the Bulbospongiosus muscle in Headache In The Pelvis, but not the Ischiocavernosus.

Thanks,

David

Re: Weird spasms?

the muscles that spasm to ejaculate felt like they wouldnt stop. Its happened before but not for a long time.

Hi, I have this spasm too. Had it for a couple of years and still no help from the urologists. The main muscle is the bulbospongiosus, but you might find it's also the ischiocavernosus ...

Hi,

If you think there is scarring in the pancreas, you might want to try the enzyme serrapeptase - it supposedly dissolves all dead tissue (including scar tissue) in the body with no side-effects. serrapeptase.info is a good source of info.

Bulbospongiosus & Ischoiocavernosus

Hi,

Anyone out there have problems specifically with bulbospongiosus & ishciocavernosus muscles? (gil_galad? bit20? you still about?)

I have constant spasm of these muscles (in particular ischiocavernosus).

Has anyone had any success with external self-massage on these muscles?

Havent tried quertcin yet, still now to it all and looking into it.

Symptoms still pretty-much as bad as it always had been without the anti-inflammatories lthough consciencously relaxing helps a fair bit.

I heard about Magnesium can help spasm. Have you found it makes any significant difference?

Currently stopped taking for a bit, think it might have been making me go a bit weird in the head. Was taking 8g a day of each for a while!! Became fairly fearful & anxious for no reason.

It definitely works though.

I think I'll go back on it again in a bit, but take 3g like I was recommended this ...

Anti-Inflammatory: Borage Oil & Cod Liver Oil

I've been taking these two in quantities of 2mg each 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks, and my pelvic floor muscle spasm (which I've had permanently for years) has completely subsided for 2-3 hours after taking it.

It has the same effect as Ibuprofen in that it prevents synthesis of inflammatory ...

Hi everyone - My story & anyone in the UK?

Hi everyone,

I AM NEW TO THIS SITE, BUT HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLE SPASM ALMOST 24/7 for about 4-5 years (literally). When I say 24/7 I mean exactly that - the muscles are just contracting ALL the time - when I try and relax, when talking to people, when trying to get to sleep ...
