the cost depends on whether or not your insurance will pick up the PT? Mine runs about $180 per visit. My nutionist cost me $270 for a one time visit. If you live in the NYC area...please go see Dr. Fred Bisci for nutritional advice regarding your condition...he is top notch and world renowned....he ...

Our bodies are built to withstand infection regardless of where it occurs. Don't believe that you cannot overcome an infection due to the location of it. You need to work with a top notch nutrionist that will put you on a diet that will reduce inflamation and promote new tissue/cell growth. Ask ...

Of course there was no absyss......the problem is in our minds. Until some of us really grasp this concept.....we'll never get over this problem. The prostate is boggy because of reduced circulation/oygen in the pelvic floor.
Go get a colonic. For many people with actual prostate problems...colonics ...

Guys,

The stretches I have done involve the full body. All of the muscles have to be stretched in order to keep the fascia from being bunched up in the trunk. There is no doubt in my mind that this involves the mind more than anything else. I posted elsewhere the names of two people I am currently ...

Feeling 100% Better

Guys,

Aside from following a rigid diet,, I recently did a ten day juice fast and in conjunction with my PT and unique stretching methods I learned....my condition has disappeared. The fast works wonders...it rids your body of toxins and allows your muscles to heal and loosen up. I feel the main ...

Other than the magnesium supplement, I take a high blood pressure pill. That's it......and I'm recently off of that due to dietary changes. I'm convinced that the more drugs you take the worse your condition becomes.....regardless of what it is...your drugs become a cocktail of dangerous chemicals ...

you need to see a physical therapist that can do internal trigger point work. The PT will also give you specific stretches to do that will loosen up your pelvic floor.

I'm telling you...this is no joke. You can't tell if your magnesium deficient from a blood test either because the highest levels of magnesium in your body are stored in your muscles.

Magnesium stops spasms...no kidding

Guys,

I posted this again because I wanted to make sure everyone reads it....magnesium flat out stops muscle spasms and we are all working on depleted reserves of it due to our poor diets. Not to mention, magnesium is depleted from our muscles due to stress and anxiety. This deficiency causes ...

Trying to make sense of this..........

I am trying to quantify just what triggers CPPS. As another poster noted, I believe that the only way to conquer this disorder is to eliminate what started it in the first place. In my case I have always had the following issues..................

Clench jaw and teeth
Hold in stomach
Clench rectum ...

Magnesium

Guys,

Do some research on this supplement. It stops muscle spasms, I'm proof of it and it is well known in medical circles. The best source other than fresh vegetables is a pwater soluble product called "Natural Calm". Buy it.....it works for many different ailments.

Peace

Guys,

I think food does play a major role in CPPS. However, it is not only what you eliminate, but what you add to your diet that matters even more. I have been working with a well known nutritionist here in NYC and I must say the results combined with my PT have been phenomenal. You see, adding ...

Treatment in NYC

Guys,

In NYC I recommend Stacey Futterman at H&D Physical Therapy. She specifically treats this problem and has great success. I happen to also be visiting the Body Tuning Shop of Dr. Tatz. He does not specifically treat CPPS. However, he is recognized as a very talented PT and he has helped ...
