Hi Ladoga,

Sorry that you have been suffering.

I think you must first get an enema (the first thing in the morning) atleast for a week to start with.

Also, please follow some of my tips on the following thread.

Thanks for the replies, Clay!

I have booked an appointment with Janet Myshral, (801) 486-7542, located in SLC, UT. She said that she specializes in pelvic floor therapy and has treated a LOT of women and a few men since 6 yrs. She even accepts my insurance, which is great! Hopefully she can help me ...

Please please help me find a PT!

I had a bad flareup after a long time. I have decided now to go ahead and get myself checked up by a good PT. Even if it means I need to travel outside Utah.

I can travel to California, Colorado, Chicago or any place close to Utah.

Question 1: I'd like to be seen by Tim Sawyer. Is there anyway I ...

Isn't magnesium citrate (the main ingredient of natural calm) a laxative? Wouldn't we be harming our bowels if we consume magnesium citrate for an extended period of time?

Back from my visit to the physiatrist. The physiatrist feels that almost everyone has some arthritis symptoms on their back and therefore the facet joint disease in L3-4 and L4-5 should not be contributing to my pain/spasms.

However, the physiatrist looked at my MRI films and found that my spine ...

I would see, in your shoes, an orthopaedic specialist and a rheumatologist. The upper glute pain is not typical of CPPS/PM.

I would definitely consult an ortho. May be I need to talk to my doctor first to get a referral. I hear people talking about pain in glutes here. I am surprised that you say ...

Thanks for a quick reply, Mark!

I sincerely apologize for the depressing tone of my previous post. The nurse from the doctor's office had just called with the bad news and it hit me real hard.

I am now back to senses

Arthritis and Hemorrhoids.Am I a goner?

I had an MRI done on my Lumbar spine and also a colonoscopy yesterday. The results are...
1. Arthritis between L3-L4 and L4-L5
2. Hemorrhoids

The doctor says that hemorrhoids are minor and would be gone if I eat high fiber diet and drink lots of water.

I am really really worried about the ...
