I'm doing better now too... one of the very importnt things was my sitting posture... She said sit on a relative hard chair , no cushions or nothing,,feet flat on the floor, dont lean back or slouch (i think leaning back in the chair was causing these sharp pains and tightness all around my tailbone ...

yeah, I saw her there and she was present during my first 2 appointments.. They tried to switch my Stacey apointments to her but since Stacey was the one I read people say good things about online, she was the one I wanted to see, besides how do you have two people work on you at the same time ...

recently I got a hose from 99 cent store which I use to wash my butt instead of using toilet paper.. seems to really help a great deal... Took a week or so to get comfortable with it...I just run the hose from the faucet into the toiler bowl, adjust the water then put the hose onto the faucet ...

I have burning in my buttocks and around my anal area after a bowel movement very often..sometimes that area hurts when I walk.. But it's rare that it lasts for the whole day.. Hot baths after help sometimes..

your situation sounds very similar to mine.. I wouldnt go for cystoscopy, maybe ask your doctor if you really really need it? My docs seemed fast to prescribe me numerous tests which had zero results, all of them showed that I'm fine..(2 CT scans, 2 X-rays, a MRI, 6-7 urine and blood tests ...

i had increased urinary frequency for a couple of years at some point.. had to go quite often. But then it went back to normal now, I dont think I pee any more often than other people.. 5 times a day, something lke that?

I would go and see a one of the physical therapists recommended on this board just to get an evaluation..There could be a easy to fix muscle problem lying on the surface which a specialist will be able to fix very fast.. I see so many people trying to do self-examinations.. I have done it myself too ...

My first visit was a couple of weeks ago and the next one this monday(4 days ago).. The office is on 46 and 5 not far from the times square, close to all subways..
First off, need to mention that last 2 of my other doctor visits I had to wait close to 2 hours in the docs reception room..Nothing ...
