I am about to start a course with Atarax (hydroxizine) for management of fatigue. Has anyone tried it and could you share your experience.

the anabolic steroids are not harmless even to healthy people. I do fitness a lot and use mass gainers, based on protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. They do help a lot in putting on weight and at the same time cause no problem for CP.

It is quite hard to understand what Paul means by the "pain gone" and replaced with "minor discomfort". I suppose that the latter may be just another way for describing the pain-related feeling.

It feels like my prostate is congested in some sort of way. When I ejaculate it jus dribbles out in wads with less volume, dont have any pain upon ejaculation though. I also feel some sort of numbness in the penis and it seems that I have lost the contact between brain and genitals ...

However I am interested in some specific targeted treatment for CFS, as I do not have any/much pain, associated with CP and therefore believe that I should not take a pain management medication. I have slight discomfort in the area, but typically not pain.
