internal work.

My wife has started internal work on me and it really helps. Most of the TPs are easy to break. Which is the muscle thats at about 6 o'clock (south in upright position). It hurts a lot there, are there lots of veins in that position.
Thanks

I have no pain while ejaculation, and even for a few hours or so. Actually, there are no symptoms whatsoever at all. Symptoms kick-in maybe 14-15 hrs later, and last for 3-4 days. Symptoms = pelvic pain 10 min after urination, not a lot of urge, sitting pain, etc.
What could the reason that there is ...

one doctor I had seen at the beginning of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome wanted to push his antibiotics, and explained to me that this could be the cause for infections. I don't know why I bought into that theory then..

Is hard seat better than soft seat for pelvic area?
I can feel my pelvic muscles flutter during day time; no pain when I wake up in the morning.
Also, is there anything I should do in particular after act of urination, so as to help the muscles relax?
Thanks

I hope 2/3 times a week is not too frequent in the long run. Question is how do we arrive at this frequency without an objective way of telling us what's happening in the long run. I will definitely continue the stretching..
Also, I make sure the act is not prolonged; lasting only for 5 mins or so ...

I do not believe that there is bacteria trapped in my prostate.
However, I am not able to explain how ejaculation breaks up the flare-up. I am trying to come up with an optimum frequency, without impeding the healing process. I do regular stretches, internal work once in a while.
Question still is ...

I will listen to what the body is saying & try to be daily, in that case..However, I hope this does not in any way impede the healing of the muscles/nerves, like somebody mentioned in an earlier post.
Thanks

ejaculation frequency..

My symptoms get completely relieved by ejaculation. Does that mean I should engage in it everytime I get a flare-up. People have mixed opinions about this. But is a daily ritual too taxing for healing of pelvic muscles?

How can viruses (or bacteria for that matter) explain the neuromuscular nature and intermittency of CPPS. At times, I have no symptoms whatsoever at all. Also the fact that Ativan works proves the muscular element. In case of cancer, they may have a role. In any case, there are lots of websites ...

PSA question

PSA=1.0 is great for 42 yr-old; I think the upper limit is 2.5 till 50 yr.
Mine was 0.8 at 32, 2.5 yr back. My uro said this is normal for my age.
I am going to take one next year at 35.
I wonder what the normal/median ranges are for ages 30-40.
