IMO the mental side is important

@mjh2020. Thanks for all your posts above. All really helpful. I feel like I’m on a similar journey to you. I have been to F-Act earlier this year and found it really helpful. Their feedback was similar for myself. I had a good summer but have relapsed badly since. I got too confident when things ...

Re: I’ve seen some benefit from Tadalafil (Cialis)

Thanks for this post. I’ve been looking at this and I think I might try. Can I ask what dose and do you take it at night? Also why do you think it helps? Any help appreciated. Thanks again.

Re: New to forum - appreciate any help

Just a follow up on this thread. Since June 24 I have been following a regular stretching plan which is a mix of Wise-Anderson and Amy Stein. I also went to F-Act Pelvic Clinic in Holland and they confirmed a lot of my problem stems from imbalances through my pelvic area as a result of life long ...

Re: New to forum - appreciate any help

Thank you for your quick reply. It’s very much appreciated.

I have filled out signature.

My only follow-up is by distinguishing between IC and CPPS do you not help distinguish part of the solution? Ie CPPS more focussed on musculoskeletal stretching and holistic care vs food/drink avoidance ...

New to forum - appreciate any help

Firstly, thank you to all who post here. The site is really helpful in dealing with something where good information is somewhat limited.

I'm 49 years old and have had symptoms for 3 years. My symptoms started after a period of heavier than usual drinking and more sex than perhaps was usual with ...

Re: ALCOHOL — The Full Monty

I’ve been suffering with CPPS for 3 years. I’m sure I also have some IC crossing over it too. Alcohol is my nemesis, really flares my symptoms. I’ve tried to work out a proper reason why for a while and got nowhere until reading this post. Thank you.
