Been using the wand every day for a number of days now. The flaring after use largely died down after a couple of days, and I feel it’s been helping each following day after it’s use.

Will keep going and see how things go with this approach.

So I’ve used the wand the past couple days (once each day). I didn’t find specific trigger points. I just used the clock as a guide, pressed lightly on that area for 30 seconds and moved to the next hour. I’m doing it on my back. Will try lying on my side next time, as others seem to do.

I hate that I feel normal pretty much all day and then I use the wand and it sets things off and my symptoms start up. I’m being gentle. It makes me feel that this can’t be right. That sucks man. It’s a tough ride this stuff for sure. Some great information on here that really helped me find what worked for me. I’m in my first serious flare right now and feeling stuff out and I think I’m seeing improvement.
